Through my involvement in numerous projects, I have come to deeply appreciate the importance of professionals who possess a deep understanding of both “on-site value” and “financial methodologies” and can effectively bridge the two.

I began my career in the construction industry, working in real estate development.
I later transitioned to the real estate finance industry, where I have over 20 years of experience as an acquisitions specialist, fund manager, and asset manager. I have held various positions at Tokyo Tatemono Real Estate Investment Advisors, Diamond Realty Management (a private real estate fund management company wholly owned by Mitsubishi Corporation), and Kenedix, a major domestic asset management firm. In terms of fundraising capabilities, I have a strong track record with domestic and international financial institutions, with a focus on structured finance.
